  • Establish and manage a robust community outreach initiative.

  • Meet occupancy and budget expectations consistently.
  • Keep the Executive Director updated on all sales activities on a daily basis.
  • Maintain the Hot Board/Move-In Move-Out Board.
  • Ensure staff explores all options before closing a lead.
  • Understand the unique needs of seniors and the aging process.
  • Maintain an active and meaningful waitlist.
  • Plan and execute monthly special events for prospective residents.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Senior Living Community Sales (including sales, leasing, tours, etc.) is required.
  • Prior experience in sales or admissions within a Senior Living Community is essential.
  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer software, particularly Yardi, is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is required.
  • A passion for working with the senior demographic is essential.
