Tarantino is actively seeking a Sales Director to achieve leasing and move-in objectives, support the sales and marketing teams, and uphold a positive reputation of the community among referral sources, residents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and conduct tours for potential residents.
- Timely respond to all inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, and emails.
- Plan and execute events aimed at attracting prospective residents, including seminars, guest speakers, themed gatherings, and family nights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
- Stay proficient in all relevant software applications.
- Participate in weekend on-call duties as the Manager on Duty.
- Oversee move-in and move-out processes to maximize revenue.
- Value each inquiry and treat it with importance.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and Regional Sales Director to develop and implement the quarterly marketing strategy and weekly sales reports.
- Establish and manage a robust community outreach initiative.
- Implement media and marketing plans effectively.
- Meet occupancy and budget expectations consistently.
- Keep the Executive Director updated on all sales activities on a daily basis.
- Maintain the Hot Board/Move-In Move-Out Board.
- Ensure staff explores all options before closing a lead.
- Understand the unique needs of seniors and the aging process.
- Maintain an active and meaningful waitlist.
- Plan and execute monthly special events for prospective residents.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Senior Living Community Sales (including sales, leasing, tours, etc.) is required.
- Prior experience in sales or admissions within a Senior Living Community is essential.
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer software, particularly Yardi, is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Flexibility in scheduling is required.
- A passion for working with the senior demographic is essential.
