Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to meet sales objectives and broaden our network of home care agencies.
  • Oversee and guide teams to ensure successful acquisition of premier home care agencies.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to guarantee the smooth integration and success of newly acquired agencies.
  • Evaluate market dynamics and deploy strategies to enhance performance.
  • Establish and track KPIs to ensure the team meets or surpasses targets.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with agencies to strengthen our value proposition.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within the home care or senior living sectors.
  • Demonstrated capability to recruit, train, and nurture top sales professionals.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in managing change and fostering innovation.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation Overview:

  • Base Salary Range: $150,000
  • On Target Earnings: $225,000+
  • Benefits: 401(k) with matching contributions, Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off
