Como Especialista en Apoyo a Ventas y Atención al Cliente, desempeñarás un papel fundamental en la asistencia a nuestro equipo de ventas con actividades de alcance y ventas a clientes. Esta es una excelente oportunidad para una persona impulsada y apasionada que esté ansiosa por aprender los aspectos básicos de las ventas residenciales mientras contribuye al crecimiento y éxito de nuestra firma.
Responsabilidades del Especialista en Apoyo a Ventas y Atención al Cliente:
- Colaborar en la preparación y presentación de materiales de ventas, realizar presentaciones a clientes y abordar consultas de clientes para facilitar inscripciones exitosas.
- Apoyar en la ejecución de campañas de ventas, lanzamientos de productos y otras iniciativas de marketing.
- Participar en sesiones de capacitación y talleres diseñados para mejorar tu comprensión de nuestros clientes, técnicas de ventas y estrategias efectivas de compromiso con el cliente.
- Colaborar con gerentes de ventas experimentados para aprender de su experiencia, buscar orientación y contribuir a discusiones y desarrollo de estrategias del equipo.
- Asistir en la gestión de consultas, preocupaciones y comentarios de los clientes para asegurar un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente.
- Colaborar en el mantenimiento de registros precisos de interacciones con clientes, transacciones y actividades de ventas.
Calificaciones del Especialista en Apoyo a Ventas y Atención al Cliente:
- Título universitario en Negocios, Marketing, Emprendimiento o campo relacionado (preferido pero no obligatorio).
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales.
- Autónomo con un fuerte deseo de aprender y crecer en la industria de ventas residenciales.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office Suite y software CRM es una ventaja.
- Experiencia previa en atención al cliente o ventas es ventajosa pero no requerida.
- Actitud entusiasta, positiva y una genuina pasión por el sector inmobiliario y las ventas.
