Position Overview

The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Operations Manager and will be tasked with a variety of office support functions for multiple team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication: Field incoming telephone calls and manage visitor interactions effectively.
  • Administrative Tasks: Engage in word processing, filing, faxing, and scanning as required.
  • Customer Service: Deliver administrative services that align with our established Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Support Functions: Assist office personnel and technical staff as needed.
  • Professional Interaction: Respond to phone inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Message Management: Direct calls to the appropriate personnel or take messages when necessary.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies by assessing stock levels.
  • Document Organization: Uphold both hard copy and electronic filing systems for all essential documents.
  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and ship inventory requested by clients.
  • In-House Inventory: Ensure accurate tracking of inventory items within the organization.
  • Correspondence Handling: Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence and inventory to the relevant staff members.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager.
