As a Financial Systems Operations Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing Cognia's essential business systems, including SAP Concur, ADP, Dynamics NAV, NetSuite, and Salesforce. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary support for all financial management systems.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for business systems administration, enhancing efficiency and communication within the organization.
  • Oversee the management of Concur, NetSuite, and user profiles, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Establish procedures for managing travel, expenses, and invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Create and distribute training materials for business systems to both new and existing employees, including regular updates and onboarding resources.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the organization.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree is required; a degree in Finance or IT is preferred.
  • Two to three years of experience in Accounting or IT-related fields is necessary.
  • Certification in SQL or a programming language is advantageous.
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar systems is required.
  • Technical knowledge of Concur Travel, Expense, and Invoice systems is essential.
  • Familiarity with financial system integration and data management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, VBA, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS SharePoint, and Visio is required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Travel Requirements:

  • Minimal travel (0-10%) may be required.
