About Your Team:

The Board Office comprises a dedicated group supporting an Executive Board Member in daily operations and strategic initiatives. This team includes personal assistants, business coordinators, customer relations, and project strategists.

Your Responsibilities:

The Role:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Executive Personal Assistant, serving as the primary contact for scheduling and coordination.
  • Efficiently manage the calendar, organizing meetings for the Board Member with careful logistical planning (e.g., securing appropriate meeting venues).
  • Oversee travel logistics, ensuring thorough preparation and timely processing of travel expenses.
  • Provide administrative assistance for local events hosted by the Board Member, such as workshops and customer engagements.
  • Independently track actions and manage reminders.
  • Handle internal and external communications with professionalism.
  • Manage procurement activities (e.g., office supplies, third-party purchases), including creating shopping carts, reporting, and expense tracking.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable role.
  • Availability for in-office support five days a week.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond to direct feedback.
  • High degree of flexibility, proactive mindset, independent work ethic, and strong team collaboration.
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with all levels of the organization, including top management.
  • Adept at multitasking and delivering high-quality results under pressure in a complex environment with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Concur Travel and Expense is advantageous.

Compensation Transparency:

SAP believes in the importance of pay transparency as a step toward fostering an honest and supportive culture. We provide an annual compensation range that includes base salary and variable incentives for the applicable career level. The targeted combined range for this position is 40,200 USD. The actual offer will depend on various factors, including education, skills, experience, and role scope.
