About the Role

Ryder Systems is seeking a highly skilled Freight Brokerage Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our brokerage sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brokerage Lead on Salesforce Administration and Design: Work closely with the Salesforce team to design and implement a tailored Salesforce solution that supports the brokerage sales vision. This includes handling account disputes, tracking sales team KPIs, and ensuring accurate capture of collaborative sales initiatives.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and develop targeted leads in various markets to convert at a higher cadence. This involves analyzing top industries and markets to identify opportunities for growth.
  • RFP Strategy: Collaborate with the pricing team to develop a targeted approach to RFPs. This includes identifying key market areas (KMAs) with more inbound volume than outbound volume to optimize chances of winning profitable business.
  • Tailoring and Tracking QBR Process: Help build a standard yet client-unique QBR experience. Track QBR initiatives for all clients, ensure timely execution, and measure success against established goals.
  • Client Onboarding Process: Oversee and standardize the client onboarding process, ensuring seamless credit setup, legal master service agreements (MSAs), accounting processes, EDI/API setup, and other unique client needs.
Requirements
  • H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field of study, Preferred
  • 3 years or more in Business-related experience, Required
  • MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc) Intermediate, Required
Compensation and Benefits

Ryder Systems offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $108,000, depending on experience. Additionally, eligible employees may receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan. Comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance options, are also provided. A tax-advantaged 401(k) retirement savings plan is available for all full-time employees.
