About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Enablement Manager to join our team at Avinode Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing successful revenue enablement strategies that drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and ongoing education for the commercial team, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Create and manage sales enablement content, including playbooks, product guides, and competitive analysis, to support the sales team through internal cross-collaboration.
  • Analyze and refine sales processes for efficiency and alignment with business goals, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Oversee the selection and management of sales enablement tools and technologies, ensuring they meet the needs of the commercial team.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators related to Quarterly OKRs, measuring and improving enablement initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer experience, to ensure effective communication of product value propositions and drive business results.
  • Design, implement, and optimize programs to support commercial teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed.
  • Provide actionable insights to the sales team through collaboration with Customer Experience, gathering and analyzing internal, prospect, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to continuously enhance sales strategies and content, staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4-7 years of experience as a Customer Success Enablement or Sales Enablement Manager, with a proven track record in the SaaS industry and experience working in a startup environment.
  • A strong understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle and methodologies, including MEDICC, BANT, SPIN, and The Challenger.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient in enablement tools and CRM systems, including Dynamics and Salesforce.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
