Job Description:
Sr. Account Manager at ASE US Inc.
The Sr. Account Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development of existing and emerging customer opportunities, as well as day-to-day management and communications with customers and factory to follow up on issues such as customer requests for production WIP status, expedites, drawing requests, tracking die releases vs. forecast, monitoring cycle times or fast tracks, and basic engineering information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and coordinate factory interface to develop specific account strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and recommend strategic initiatives to drive revenue expansion.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 8-10 years of sales experience in the IC assembly and test process in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of the IC assembly and test process, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive base salary range of $105,000 to $125,000, depending on location and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for a performance-based annual bonus program and comprehensive benefits package.
