Job Description

This National Account Manager role is responsible for expanding and maintaining retail distribution for our OTC health products. The ideal candidate will have experience and established relationships with OTC pharmacy or supermarket retail buyers.

You will work closely with our Marketplace & Retail team to develop and agree on product and promotional business plans, negotiate pricing and promotional opportunities, and monitor customers with accurate forecasting, sales-in/sales-out data, and budget management.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective customer communication strategies to drive business growth.
  • Negotiate pricing and promotional agreements with customers to meet Net Sales and Operational Profit targets.
  • Monitor and manage customer relationships across all relevant functions, including commercial, buying, supply chain, store support, and operations.
  • Analyze market data and trends to inform sales strategies and optimize customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reporting for all business aspects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably in OTC health, pharmacy, or supermarket retail channels.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth in retail distribution channels.
  • Established relationships with OTC pharmacy or supermarket retail buyers is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the OTC health retail landscape and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $140,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive compensation package includes:
