Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a complex calendar for team members
- Coordinate meetings with clients and candidates
- Prepare various documents, including marketing materials, candidate profiles, and internal reports
- Compile client materials and team data for presentations
- Organize both domestic and international travel arrangements
- Handle expense processing
- Plan and execute ad hoc projects within set timelines
- Oversee the candidate database and manage communications
- Ensure accurate tagging of meetings in the company database
- Assist in research and maintain updated information in shared systems
- Proofread and verify client-facing documents
- Support all aspects of the executive search process
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Address initial IT inquiries before escalating to the IT help desk
Required Skills and Attributes
The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and maintain confidentiality. Key qualifications include:
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative or coordination role

Compensation and Values
