Position: Commercial Credit Coordinator

The Commercial Credit Coordinator plays a vital role in providing administrative assistance to the Commercial Lending sector of the Bank, encompassing Credit Administration pipeline management, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, processing of approved loan requests, and the creation and maintenance of financial reporting ticklers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review all essential fields within loan approval documents and complete necessary due diligence, including OFAC inquiries, flood determinations, CAIVRS inquiries, and tax transcript requests.
  • Process all required commercial workflows and service requests for approved loan applications through the electronic credit file system, covering new loans, modifications, renewals, extensions, annual loan reviews, and risk rating adjustments.
  • Update, monitor, and maintain various Credit Administration pipelines, generating and distributing pipeline reports as needed.
  • Upload documents to the electronic credit file related to commercial credit and relationship files, including final appraisal reports and all supporting documentation utilized in the underwriting process.
  • Submit all departmental invoices to the appropriate departments promptly.
  • Assist in preparing for weekly and quarterly Committee meetings, including submissions and minutes, and process all assigned transactions in the electronic credit application post-meeting.
  • Support the collection of ongoing vendor due diligence documents and maintain the Vendor Management Program and its corresponding platform.
  • Provide input, maintenance, and support for Sageworks, generating various reports with a primary focus on financial reporting tracking.
  • Assist the department as needed with the use, maintenance, storage, retrieval, and reporting of information from critical systems such as Nautilus, Sageworks, Salesforce, and DNA/Fiserv.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with various departments, internal and external customers, and third-party vendors.
  • Adhere to relevant compliance policies and procedures, including Reg B, OFAC, and Flood Hazard Determination.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional office environment, particularly in administrative roles.
  • Strong technical proficiency in MS Office applications, with the ability to quickly learn new software applications. Experience with DNA, Salesforce, Nautilus, or similar imaging systems and Sageworks is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the capability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changes swiftly, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Outstanding customer relations and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with other divisions of the Bank.
