Core Responsibilities:


Deliver an exceptional service experience that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of clients, reflecting the organization's culture and commitment to community service.

Develop, maintain, and enhance profitable relationships while minimizing associated risks. While sales experience is not mandatory, a general understanding of sales principles will be beneficial.
Perform essential banking functions, including processing transactions and maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Stay vigilant to identify and report any suspicious activities promptly. Assist with the daily operations of branch technology, including ATMs and transaction processing systems.
Anticipate client needs and provide informed recommendations that align with their financial goals.

Become a knowledgeable resource for clients regarding the bank's range of products and services, ensuring they meet both individual and community needs.

Collaborate closely with the Retail Branch Manager to ensure daily activities align with the organization's strategic objectives.

Foster relationships and teamwork with colleagues across various business lines to effectively address client needs.

Engage in community initiatives and maintain compliance with loan policies and guidelines during the loan origination, underwriting, and closing processes.
Regularly monitor the quality of deposit and credit portfolios, addressing any potential risks as necessary, and following through on collection efforts in accordance with established policies.
Adhere to organizational policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook, and participate in compliance training and meetings as required.

Compensation Level:
Hourly Grade 5
