Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Financial Operations Associate to become a part of our team on a contractual basis.

The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of financial operations, outstanding communication abilities, and the flexibility to adjust to the changing demands of a fast-paced biotech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial operations and guarantee the prompt and precise processing of invoices, payments, and expense claims.
Review and reconcile invoices, ensuring correctness and compliance with organizational policies and guidelines.
Confirm invoice specifics, including quantities, pricing, and payment conditions, while addressing any discrepancies or challenges.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial transactions and provide accurate and timely information.
Work alongside the Senior Director to resolve closing items and offer assistance as required.
Leverage advanced capabilities in NetSuite to enhance financial operations and optimize functionality.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in scaling life sciences or biotech firms.
Expertise in NetSuite with advanced proficiency in utilizing its features.
Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
