Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) regulations, along with retail banking and institutional policies.
- Execute customer transactions with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality experiences for both internal and external clients.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
- Promote and cross-sell the Bank's offerings to both prospective and existing clients based on their individual needs.
- Conduct end-of-day cash balancing and assist with branch financial settlements.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse individuals and establish rapport quickly.
