Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) regulations, along with retail banking and institutional policies.
  • Execute customer transactions with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality experiences for both internal and external clients.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
  • Promote and cross-sell the Bank's offerings to both prospective and existing clients based on their individual needs.
  • Conduct end-of-day cash balancing and assist with branch financial settlements.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse individuals and establish rapport quickly.
