Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in fostering and nurturing client relationships while addressing their financial needs with a proactive approach. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying opportunities and providing tailored solutions, always prioritizing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


- Cultivate and manage both new and existing client relationships, ensuring a profitable and risk-aware banking experience.
- Handle essential banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Remain vigilant in recognizing and reporting any suspicious activities to uphold security standards.
- Assist in the upkeep of branch technology, including ATMs and teller cash recyclers.
- Provide expert guidance on the bank's range of products and services, aligning them with client and community needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Retail Branch Manager to ensure daily operations align with the bank's strategic objectives.
- Engage in community initiatives to strengthen local ties and promote financial literacy.
- Adhere to loan policies and guidelines during the loan origination and underwriting processes, while monitoring the quality of both deposit and credit portfolios.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and participate in ongoing training sessions.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with a personable demeanor and a collaborative spirit. A solutions-oriented mindset is crucial for addressing client challenges effectively.

Compensation:
