- Operate office equipment, including copiers and fax machines, and maintain accurate records and files.
- Order supplies and maintain a well-stocked office environment.
- Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to support business decisions.
- Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Compose and type routine and non-routine correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to support business operations.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, and perform routine problem-solving.
- Work with sensitive employee information and confidential organizational data.
- Interact professionally with all levels of management and employees.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Four (4) years of clerical or secretarial experience.
