Job Summary

Orlando Health Medical Group is a comprehensive healthcare organization serving patients across the southeastern United States. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Senior Director and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Senior Director, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Screen calls and visitors, and respond to routine and complex inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate office equipment, including copiers and fax machines, and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Order supplies and maintain a well-stocked office environment.
  • Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Compose and type routine and non-routine correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to support business operations.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, and perform routine problem-solving.
  • Work with sensitive employee information and confidential organizational data.
  • Interact professionally with all levels of management and employees.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Four (4) years of clerical or secretarial experience.
