Job Title: Administrative Assistant

The Fountain Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position in Orlando, FL 32810.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations, managing site requests and vendor communications, creating and submitting expense reports, and maintaining office supplies and inventory levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and coordinate office operations to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Assist with the daily management of site requests and vendor communications.
  • Create and submit monthly expense reports for leadership.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory levels.
  • Run and ready the technology in main conference rooms.
  • Assist with the coordination of office events, on-site meetings, and the ordering of catered lunches.
  • Support facility management with new hire needs.
  • Directly oversee the janitorial and pest control vendors and their day-to-day activities.
Requirements:
  • HS Diploma and 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Bilingual (preferred).
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, written communication, keyboarding, Microsoft 365 skills.
  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, maintain a professional image, and demonstrate interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain spreadsheets, expense reports, and calendars.
  • A self-starter and ability to prioritize tasks.
