Job Summary

We're seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office space, Accelerator program, and team. The ideal candidate will be an organized multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and a keen sense of detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Operations: Answer the main phone line, greet guests, maintain a clean and organized office space, and ensure technology is fully operational.
  • Program Operations: Liaise with Pixon and Tavistock for apartment-related topics, ensure a positive startup experience, and support program-related events.
  • Team Operations: Support new employee onboarding, employee events, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of similar experience
  • Previous experience working in an office environment
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures, including file management
  • Proficiency in software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Keen sense of detail and ability to interface with all levels of leadership and employees
Essential Physical Requirements
  • Must be physically able to do assigned work
  • Must be able to sit and use the computer for hours at a time
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to communicate in English effectively
