In this pivotal role within the sales division, you will be tasked with generating leads, addressing lead generation initiatives, cultivating client relationships, and driving new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a client-centric work ethic, possess prior sales experience, and demonstrate a strong competitive spirit. This dynamic position will leverage your skills while offering ongoing growth and development prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement sales strategies and oversee the complete sales lifecycle from quotation and order management to closure and client follow-up.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of OEM products, registration programs, and pricing strategies.
  • Stay informed about rebates and incentives, utilizing them effectively to secure business.
  • Assist in marketing and demand-generation initiatives.
  • Respond accurately to customer inquiries within designated SLA timeframes.
  • Understand OEM direct and distribution supply sources and the related quote-to-order process.
  • Prospect and respond to incoming leads while conducting outbound sales activities to potential clients.
  • Research accounts to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in inside or outside sales.
  • A passion for building relationships, coupled with creative problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high level of enthusiasm, a robust work ethic, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change while maintaining organizational skills and balancing accuracy with urgency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM solutions; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize sales efforts to enhance close and win ratios.
  • A natural curiosity and a desire to learn, grow, and develop both sales and technology skills.
