We are seeking a Client Success Engineer dedicated to enhancing the experience of Procore's commercial clientele. In this position, you will act as the product advocate for Procore, leveraging your expertise to ensure our clients achieve optimal outcomes from their investment.
Your success in this role is directly tied to the success of our customers in adopting and benefiting from Procore's solutions.
You will play a pivotal role in improving the operational efficiency of our construction clients by connecting them through a global platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize data-driven insights to provide recommendations that help clients maximize the value of Procore, informed by customer analytics and industry best practices.
Communicate product roadmap and release updates to clients, ensuring they benefit from our cutting-edge technology.
Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate various technical resources, both internally and externally.
Act as a technical account manager, delivering exceptional responsiveness and customer service through clear and effective communication.
Promote a positive team culture by supporting and mentoring colleagues.
Collaborate across all levels of the Procore organization to establish best practices and contribute to Procore's leadership in the market.
Achieve a comprehensive understanding of Procore's products, professional services, and industry best practices.
Be prepared for up to 50% travel to client locations, industry events, and other Procore offices.
Qualifications:
A strong passion for the construction industry and technology.
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science is preferred.
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Pre-Sales.
5+ years of expertise in the construction industry is preferred.
Ability to leverage strong technical skills to master Procore's offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies.
Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders on time-sensitive projects.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both in-person and virtually, as well as in writing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to derive meaningful insights from complex data.
Experience as a technology advocate promoting modernization within the construction sector is a plus.
Understanding of various construction industry sectors (general contracting, subcontracting, real estate development, etc.) is advantageous.
Previous roles such as construction Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Project Finance Manager, Estimator, or Project Engineer are preferred.
Experience managing construction projects, including bidding, procurement, RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, documents, schedules, quality control, and safety is preferred.
A positive and energetic presence in a dynamic, diverse, and forward-thinking environment.
