Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing audit, accounting, and consulting services for clients.
  • Prepare detailed and organized workpapers to substantiate audit conclusions.
  • Ensure documentation adheres to firm policies and auditing standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • Apply analytical skills to navigate complex accounting challenges.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through outstanding service.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while servicing a variety of clients.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and education.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Progressing towards CPA certification; a current CPA license is advantageous.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in auditing within a public accounting setting.
  • Familiarity with various industries such as real estate, technology, and healthcare is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively within deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
