We are currently seeking a Junior Audit Consultant to join our expanding Audit team. In this role, you will have the chance to enhance your professional journey through continuous training, collaborating with colleagues on various projects, and receiving direct coaching and mentorship from our skilled Audit team. You will gain valuable exposure to multiple industries, including Real Estate, Life Sciences, 401k, Technology, Not-for-Profit, Healthcare, and more. Your contributions will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing audit, accounting, and other consulting and attest services for clients.
  • Prepare precise and well-organized workpapers to substantiate audit findings.
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained in accordance with firm policies and auditing standards.
  • Collaborate with the engagement team to complete projects within established timelines and budgets.
  • Utilize analytical skills to address complex accounting challenges and specialized assignments.
  • Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones by providing outstanding client service.
  • Thrive in a dynamic work environment while servicing a variety of clients.
  • Engage in ongoing education and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Actively pursuing CPA licensure; current CPA license is advantageous.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience as an auditor in a public accounting setting.
  • Experience servicing a broad spectrum of industries such as real estate, 401k, yellow book, life sciences, manufacturing, and technology is a plus.
  • Ability to manage various assignments within deadlines and time constraints.
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Teams, Word, etc.).
