Compensation:

$60,000 - $90,000 at plan annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish connections within local communities to cultivate strong relationships.
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program recognized as the best in the industry.
  • Assess cash flow, income, financial standing, financial aspirations, monetary assets, and all other financial matters related to wealth management to assist clients in defining and achieving their financial goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for new clients acquired through proactive outreach to identify and establish potential prospects.
  • Develop long-term, effective financial strategies tailored to clients' needs.
  • Guide clients in their journey toward financial success through strategic recommendations on products, plans, and investments.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communicator dedicated to providing excellent client service.
  • A foundational understanding of the role of a financial advisor or consultant, along with a genuine interest in the financial sector and its products.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and similar tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • FINRA licenses are advantageous but not required.
