Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals for full-time positions as Work From Home Client Care Coordinators.


Overview:

The Client Care Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients and referring veterinarians while fostering strong relationships with our hospital teams. By joining our organization, you will contribute to our mission of delivering unparalleled veterinary healthcare to our patients.


Compensation:

The starting pay for this role is competitive and varies based on experience, ranging from $17 to $20 per hour.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service to clients and referring veterinarians through both inbound and outbound communications.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for hospitals, ensuring that all client and referring veterinarian needs are addressed with professionalism and empathy.
  • Handle emergency calls with a calm and compassionate approach.
  • Schedule client appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Interpret Ethos protocols to provide effective solutions for client and referring veterinarian inquiries.
  • Manage emails, transfer medical records, and perform various administrative duties.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Veterinary Client Care.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook to perform routine tasks such as email correspondence and document preparation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, within a 24/7 service center.

Skills and Experience:
  • A collaborative team player with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage emotionally charged situations, particularly in critical scenarios.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting productivity and quality benchmarks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective judgment and problem-solving abilities.
