Position Overview: The Senior Manager of Partner Enablement plays a crucial role in crafting and implementing enablement initiatives that empower our partners with the essential knowledge and capabilities to effectively market and support Cloudflare solutions. This position requires close collaboration with various teams including partner sales, marketing, operations, and geographical teams to ensure partners are fully equipped to contribute to Cloudflare's expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate a comprehensive partner enablement strategy and execution framework that aligns with market entry strategies and business objectives, facilitating partner pre-sales, sales, and post-sales functions. Work in partnership with stakeholders across the global partner network, partner marketing, and partner operations to develop this strategy.
  • Create and implement effective go-to-market specific partner training programs that align with partner business objectives and training requirements, enabling partners to understand Cloudflare's offerings, services, and sales methodologies.
  • Facilitate enablement for internal Channel Account Managers, Global Alliance Managers, and Partner Service Delivery Managers to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to foster partner growth.
  • Define clear objectives, metrics, and KPIs to evaluate the success and impact of partner enablement initiatives.
  • Examine partner performance metrics and provide consistent updates to internal stakeholders regarding the effectiveness of enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales enablement team and authorized training partners to develop instructor-led training sessions and eLearning modules that support the partner enablement strategy.
  • Solicit feedback from partners to continually enhance enablement efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Over 10 years of experience in partner enablement within a technology-focused, SaaS, or cloud-based organization, including 6+ years in leadership roles managing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing scalable enablement programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of channel sales frameworks and partner ecosystems.
  • Experience in a dynamic environment that demands strategic thinking, resourcefulness, agility, results-driven decision-making, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Experience overseeing authorized training partners.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to collaborate across functions to achieve business outcomes.
  • Strong project management expertise with the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and partner relationship management systems (PRM).
  • Experience in partner sales is advantageous.
