Snowflake is seeking a Senior Partner Communications Manager to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a key member of our partner marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing communications strategies to build mindshare and drive business value with our partner ecosystem.

You will work closely with our alliance leaders, product managers, and sales teams to plan and execute campaigns that align with our product roadmaps and business priorities. Your goal will be to develop and manage leading partner-facing executive event objectives, content, and agendas for events such as Partner Kickoff, Partner Summit, and Denali.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of personas and the information that is delivered to them. You will also need to have experience with CRM tools such as Marketo and Salesforce, as well as other productive and collaboration tools.

We are looking for a self-starter who can bring new ideas to the table and think creatively to develop unique campaigns. You will need to have strong writing skills and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership. Experience with internal and external communication channels, as well as executive events and agenda building, is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute communications strategies to build mindshare and drive business value with our partner ecosystem
  • Work closely with alliance leaders, product managers, and sales teams to plan and execute campaigns
  • Develop and manage leading partner-facing executive event objectives, content, and agendas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver content to support, enable, and engage partners
  • Monitor success and provide actionable insights to develop new campaigns
  • Align and be the point of contact for building mindshare for Snowflake in the ecosystem with other teams
  • Track, measure, and report on metrics of impressions and pipeline impact and provide insights on business performance to leadership teams and collaborators

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing communications in a B2B environment in technology or consulting
  • Ability to understand personas and the information that is delivered
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Marketo and Salesforce, as well as other productive and collaboration tools
  • Proven success in writing and managing communication programs in a large sales organization
  • Experience delivering communications and marketing campaigns
  • The experience and passion to think creatively and outside of the box to create unique campaigns
  • Strong writing skills alongside the ability to collaborate with senior leadership
  • Experience with internal and external communication channels, as well as executive events and agenda building
  • Ability to travel 25%
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
