Senior Sales Enablement Manager

Overview of Position:
We are seeking a Senior GTM Enablement Manager to elevate our go-to-market (GTM) strategies and foster collaborative success within our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our GTM efforts by working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.
Overview of Team:
GTM Enablement is dedicated to equipping the sales and marketing teams with the tools, content, and training necessary to effectively engage customers, drive revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction. We focus on creating scalable enablement programs that align with our business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute GTM strategies and training programs that enhance sales performance.
- Collaborate with Product Management to create and maintain effective product training and resource materials.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop compelling messaging and sales collateral that resonates with our target audience.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve enablement programs and tools.
- Organize and facilitate engaging training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in GTM enablement and a deep understanding of sales processes within the SaaS industry.
- A strong ability to translate technical product features into compelling business value propositions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a high level of comfort engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of utilizing data to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and derive actionable insights.
- A collaborative approach, demonstrating the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
