Administrative Receptionist in the Mortgage Sector

Position: Administrative Receptionist
Client: Prominent Title Processing Company
Location: Denver, CO
Duration: Temporary Position
Compensation: $20.97 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
The Administrative Receptionist will be the first point of contact for callers and visitors, assessing their needs and directing them accordingly. This role also includes providing essential administrative and clerical support.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, operate the company switchboard, and inform relevant personnel of incoming communications.
- Offer administrative assistance, including typing, filing, copying, and calendar management.
- Welcome clients, vendors, job candidates, and other visitors in a professional and timely manner.
- Sort and distribute mail, correspondence, packages, and messages to ensure prompt delivery.
- Organize meetings and arrange catering services as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Adhere to established procedures to complete daily responsibilities efficiently.
- Utilize existing protocols to address straightforward issues without needing extensive discretion.
- Employ basic communication skills to interact with internal and external clients and team members.
- Contribute as an individual under direct supervision with limited independence.
- Typically requires 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
