Position Overview:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for managing inquiries and directing them appropriately. Your role will also encompass various administrative tasks to support the office's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls, ensuring proper communication and routing.
- Operate the company switchboard and notify relevant personnel of incoming communications.
- Provide essential administrative support, including typing, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Sort and distribute mail, packages, and messages promptly.
- Coordinate meetings and manage catering arrangements as needed.
- Follow established procedures to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Utilize basic problem-solving skills to address straightforward issues.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Typically requires 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay rate for this position ranges from $17.00 to $20.97 per hour. We also offer a 401K plan and various paid leave options, including sick leave and holiday pay, in accordance with applicable laws.
