Role Responsibilities


We are in search of a proactive and enthusiastic Partner Account Director. This role is pivotal in managing and nurturing relationships with our strategic partners who resell and implement the Cycle solution. The primary responsibility is to drive commercial sales growth within our partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a proven history in new business sales, partner management, and excellent communication skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain execution systems, including WMS, TMS, and ERP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate partners to surpass sales and service objectives, achieving the annual partner sales revenue target.
  • Identify and onboard new partners to broaden Cycle Labs' partner ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with partners to formulate joint business strategies and plans to meet shared objectives.
  • Serve as the primary commercial liaison for partners, addressing their requirements and resolving any challenges that arise.
  • Track partner performance and deliver regular updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure smooth partner integration.
  • Conduct training sessions and presentations to familiarize partners with Cycle Labs' products and services.
  • Support the management of partner resources to maximize their engagement and success.
  • Assist in creating and implementing commercial training programs for partners.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to uncover new partnership opportunities.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of partner sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, partner management, account management, supply chain, or business development within the SaaS sector.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and closing new business deals, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong comprehension of SaaS software solutions and the enterprise technology implementation and maintenance landscape.
  • Results-driven with a strong emphasis on achieving targets and fostering growth.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
