Key Responsibilities

As the strategic leader of the Healing practice at BSA LifeStructures, you will be instrumental in guiding and supporting Principals by leading, managing, and ensuring accountability. Your role will involve:

  • Pursuing and securing large projects over $80M
  • Achieving revenue targets
  • Maintaining high proposal and interview success rates

You will collaborate with Principals to identify key opportunities, select clients strategically for long-term success, and sustain relationships with top-tier clients. Additionally, you will:

  • Develop and promote practice-related content
  • Elevate the firm's national presence through speaking engagements and publications
  • Work with the president to build a national platform for expertise delivery and revenue growth

Representing the company at industry events, engaging in continuous education, and mentoring colleagues will also be essential aspects of your role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An accredited Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
  • Professional Licensure in Architecture, with an NCARB certificate preferred
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus in healthcare projects
