Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Partner Success: Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and strategies to achieve shared goals, ensuring they exceed sales and service targets.
  • Identify and Onboard New Partners: Proactively identify and onboard new partners to expand Cycle Labs' partner ecosystem, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Develop and Execute Partner Strategies: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partner sales and marketing programs, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing partner engagement.
  • Provide Exceptional Partner Support: Act as the primary commercial point of contact for partners, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing regular reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and Analyze Partner Performance: Track partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize their engagement and success.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, partner management, account management, supply chain, or business development within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience in business development and closing new business deals, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS software solutions and the enterprise technology implementation and maintenance landscape.
  • Results-Oriented: Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relative experience.
