In the role of Strategic Partner Manager, you will cultivate significant, enduring partnerships with key stakeholders in brokerages, real estate agencies, lending institutions, and construction firms. This position presents an opportunity to expand current business relationships and strategically identify new avenues for growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing our B2B initiatives, contributing to UpEquity's ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Process Development: Create, sustain, and oversee a standardized onboarding framework for real estate brokerages, agent teams, and lenders.
  • New Product Launch: Develop and uphold a communication strategy for the introduction of new products and updates for essential B2B partnerships.
  • Partner Funnel Metrics: Initiate activities and events with partnership leaders to stimulate new and repeat business within their agent/lender networks.
  • Automation and Process Enhancement: Collaborate with internal teams to innovate and automate onboarding processes for new partners.
  • Business Plan Formulation: Partner with executive teams from partner organizations to devise business strategies that promote both immediate and long-term growth.
  • Collaborative Growth Initiatives: Engage regularly with Strategic Partner Managers and Partner Account Executives to drive growth with key accounts.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside internal stakeholders to establish and achieve sales objectives with our B2B partners.
  • Sales and Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement effective sales and marketing initiatives across partnership territories.
  • Funnel Analytics: Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to analyze funnel metrics, pinpoint gaps, and identify areas for improvement across processes and systems.
  • Lead Development: Generate leads and sales opportunities within B2B lending partners, establishing processes to ensure follow-through on defined sales strategies.
  • Marketing and Communications Support: Assist with internal business development marketing and provide support to external partners.
  • Training Management: Oversee the development of training materials related to onboarding real estate and lending firms to the platform.
  • Partner Health Assessments: Conduct monthly evaluations of partner health, quarterly program reviews, and coordinate marketing efforts with partners.
  • Vendor Due Diligence: Lead the due diligence process for onboarding new partner vendors.
  • Partner Conversion Monitoring: Track the progress of converting potential partners into active collaborators.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Partnership Success or Development within the lending or real estate sectors.
  • Industry Relationships: Established relationships within the real estate industry and a comprehensive understanding of its dynamics.
  • CRM Proficiency: Strong skills in utilizing CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
  • Intellectual Curiosity: A keen interest in exploring and resolving critical business challenges.
  • Startup Experience: Background in a dynamic tech startup environment.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Task Management: Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced team setting.
  • Travel Ability: Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Strategic Planning: Proven experience in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional skills in managing relationships.
  • Strategic Thinking: Highly strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and devise solutions.
