Job Title: Benefits Senior Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Benefits Professional to join our team at Lyons Consulting Group. As a Benefits Senior Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations and administration of our benefit programs, including defined benefits, supplemental retirement benefits, and health and welfare benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of benefit strategies and programs to meet the needs of our employees.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with benefit plan regulations and requirements.
  • Manage benefit plan data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and internal stakeholders, responding to benefit-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless benefit administration and delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes, providing recommendations for benefit program enhancements and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in benefits and retirement plan administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Experience with benefit plan administration software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
