Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Wine Service Director to join our team at Officina - Wharf DC. The successful candidate will oversee the entire front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service and excellent guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include working closely with the Beverage Director, recommending wine pairings, managing inventory, and executing monthly wine dinners and educational events.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality service
  • Court of Master Sommeliers' Certification or higher preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Italian wines and regions
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and POS system(s)
