The Occidental is seeking a talented Sommelier to join our team. As a renowned restaurant affiliated with STARR Restaurants, we offer an unparalleled opportunity to showcase your expertise in wine and hospitality.

We are looking for an individual with excellent wine knowledge, particularly in back vintages and producer profiles. A minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality and wine program management is preferred, along with thorough understanding of various tools and techniques for wine and food service. Wine Certification is also desirable.
