We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Associate - Wine Products to join our team.

About the Role

The Field Sales Associate - Wine Products will be responsible for promoting and selling our wine products to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Presenting and selling our wine products and services to new and existing trade customers
  • Prospecting and contacting potential customers to increase sales revenue
  • Coordinating and / or conducting product promotions at retail customers
  • Routinely contacting and visiting existing customers to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships
  • Reaching agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Creating sales materials to present to customers
  • Managing or monitoring deliveries to customers
  • Monitoring and managing customer accounts receivable

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Maryland alcohol sales and customer service required
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Additional Requirements

  • Background check required
  • Valid driver's license with clean 3-year record
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Be able to lift / carry at least a case of wine (32 lbs) regularly
  • Be able to pour wine samples for all customers
  • Have or be able to acquire Alcohol Server training
