We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team and collaborate directly with the Executive Chef to lead and manage all facets of front-of-house (FOH) operations and restaurant management.

This dynamic role requires flexibility, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of hospitality, service, and business acumen. As an Operations Director, you will embody the core values of our company, inspire and teach essential skills to elevate our brand and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve individual performance goals and metrics that profitably grow the business while strengthening our brand and culture.
  • Recruit and develop high-performing staff across various positions.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as our Operations Director, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in fine dining, preferably in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of managing restaurants with annual sales exceeding $3-4 million.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in restaurant systems, such as Micros/OT and Toast.
  • Detailed knowledge of purchasing, receiving, maintenance, inventory, cash handling procedures, and controls.
  • Experience in key areas like Maitre d', Bar Management, Wine Director, Service Director, and Special Events.
