We are seeking a dynamic Sommelier who shares our passion for Italian culture and wine. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality and wine program management, you will be responsible for leading our wine service team and delivering an unparalleled wine experience for our guests.

Our ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture, as well as excellent wine knowledge with an emphasis on back vintages and producer profiles. They will also possess strong communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a passion for educating our guests about wine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the wine service team and oversee wine inventory management
  • Develop and implement wine lists and menus that showcase our extensive wine collection
  • Provide expert wine recommendations to guests and staff
  • Maintain a high level of wine knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create wine pairings and menu combinations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Wine Studies, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality and wine program management
  • Wine certification (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism
