About the Front Desk Agent Position

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent who can provide exceptional service to our guests, making their stay with us truly unforgettable. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, and will be responsible for ensuring that their experience with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Kick off truly memorable guest experiences with a warm and welcoming greeting
  2. Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone
  3. Take, manage, and receive payments for guest bookings
  4. Make the check-in and check-out process feel swift and seamless
  5. Stay a step ahead of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
  6. Be our guests' trusted contact, helping with everything from bill issues to restaurant recommendations
What We Need from You

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is able to problem-solve and think on their feet. Fluency in the local language is a plus, but not essential. You will also need to be literate and tech-savvy, with a good grasp of reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills.
