Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Process payments and handle guest transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel information, services, and promotions, making recommendations to guests to enhance their stay.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
- Fluency in the local language, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience preferred.
