Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and developing front office staff to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Managing front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest requests
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving guest complaints and concerns
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Leading and motivating front office staff to achieve high levels of performance

Requirements:

  • Higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel or Business Administration
  • 3 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English (additional languages an asset)
