About the Front Desk Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at IHG Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless transactions at our luxury hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and lead the front office team to deliver memorable guest experiences
  • Kick off guest experiences with a warm welcome and ensure a smooth check-in process
  • Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone
  • Manage and receive payments for guest bookings
  • Ensure a swift and seamless check-out process
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored recommendations
  • Be the trusted contact for guests, helping with everything from bill issues to restaurant recommendations
Requirements
  • Higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel or Business Administration
  • 3 years of Front Office or Guest Service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities
  • Fluency in the local language (English)
