Job Description

Let It Grow, Inc., a leading provider of landscape and site construction services, is seeking an experienced Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Associate at Let It Grow, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our construction services, landscape maintenance services, enhance brand awareness, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote core construction services and maintenance services, including digital marketing, print advertising, social media, and email marketing.
  • Coordinate Project Documentation: Work with project teams to ensure proper documentation of in-progress projects and completed projects, including progress photos, completion photos, and project write-ups.
  • Create Engaging Content: Develop content for various marketing channels, including the company website, blog, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth in the construction and landscape maintenance industry.
  • Plan and Coordinate Marketing Events: Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and community outreach programs.
  • Lead Philanthropic and Educational Initiatives: Collaborate with the leadership team to lead philanthropic and educational initiatives, including charity events and educational learning sessions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage Social Media Presence: Manage the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and Analyze Marketing Metrics: Analyze marketing metrics to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Develop Marketing Collateral: Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales materials.
  • Maintain Company Website: Assist in the maintenance and updates of the company website, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
  • Stay Informed: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and construction to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different channels.
  • Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software.
  • Graphic Design Tools: Proficiency in graphic design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Canva, etc.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Construction Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of construction industry trends, terminology, and best practices is a plus.
