We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Community Marketing Liaison to elevate our brand visibility and build meaningful partnerships within the community. As a representative of Complete Care Management, you will promote awareness and foster a positive image of our facilities while developing relationships with local organizations to support growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement: Establish and maintain connections with local organizations, attend networking events, and represent Complete Care Management in a professional manner.
Referral Management: Address community referrals and collaborate with the admissions team to ensure timely follow-ups.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate weekly reports on marketing initiatives, monitor relationship progress, and evaluate return on investment.
Event Hosting: Plan and conduct community and referral source events to showcase Complete Care Management facilities.
Marketing Materials: Work with the corporate marketing team to create community-oriented marketing materials and communications.
Public Speaking: Organize and deliver presentations at community and professional gatherings to promote our facilities.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Regional Director of Marketing and Business Development to identify and prioritize community marketing opportunities.
Social Media Collaboration: Partner with the Social Media Manager to boost brand visibility through online initiatives.
Professional Conduct: Demonstrate positive and professional behavior as a representative of Complete Care Management and adhere to marketing policies and procedures.
Working Conditions:
- Travel to various community locations and facilities as required.
- Engagement with residents, staff, and visitors in diverse settings.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard hours and in urgent situations.
- Potential exposure to health-related hazards.
Education & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in marketing, social work, or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills and effective communication.
- Health clearance and physical examination required upon hiring.
Experience:
- Previous experience in admissions or marketing within a long-term care environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with the elderly demographic and life transitions is beneficial.
- Understanding of marketing strategies and initiatives is desirable.
Specific Requirements:
- Strong decision-making abilities and effective time management skills.
- Ability to interact tactfully with diverse groups, including residents, families, and community agencies.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Understanding of procedures and ability to follow directions accurately.
