Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Supervise Security Monitoring Service: Develop and implement strategies for the product's evolution, oversee the implementation of new features, and drive competitive research to analyze market and technology trends.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Clarify requirements and define specifications with engineering teams to ensure seamless product development.
  • Partner with Sales Team: Understand clients' monitoring objectives and craft security solutions unique to their site, working closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain Open Communication: Foster open lines of communication with internal and external team members to ensure effective collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Work with Product Development Teams: Collaborate with product development teams to create products according to technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and New Business Teams: Develop go-to-market strategies with marketing and new business teams to drive business growth.
  • Work with Field Services Staff: Ensure security installations meet specifications and work closely with field services staff to resolve any issues.
  • Perform Video Calls with Clients: Conduct video calls with clients to ensure success with each security solution and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Prioritize Bug Fixes and Feature Additions: Prioritize bug fixes and feature additions, assigning tasks to R&D and programming teams as needed.
Requirements
  • Passionate about Technology: You are passionate about technology and driven to advance the state of IT through virtualization.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You are a communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to articulate customer problems and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Strategic Thinker: You are a strategist who can capture and articulate customer problems and translate those into actionable solutions.
  • Product Owner: You can strategize and provide a clear and achievable roadmap for customer success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, Technology.
  • Relevant Experience: You have experience using relevant technology and equipment, such as CCTV.
  • Security Knowledge: You have knowledge of security protocols and procedures, which is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: You have understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis.
  • Sub-Contracting Experience: You have experience or understanding of sub-contracting/vendor management.
