- Excel Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and guide them to treatment areas, ensuring their comfort and readiness for examination by the physician.

- Prepare and maintain examination rooms daily
- Conduct inventory checks of instruments after each session (AM & PM)
- Adapt to various physicians' practice styles
- Manage the dispensing of Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
- Assist with X-rays and digital imaging
- Process pre-authorizations
- Gather and document patient medical histories, current medications, and allergies, updating any changes in their health status in the EMR
- Prepare for injections, procedures, and minor surgeries
- Assist with nail care procedures, ensuring cleanliness and safety
- Prepare lab specimens and coordinate with laboratories for pick-up
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and workspaces
- Restock back-office supplies and DME items regularly
- Support in surgical procedures and ensure proper post-operative care
- Review informational materials with patients as necessary
- Manage prescription documentation and communication
