Job Overview

UB Greensfelder LLP is seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in the St. Louis office. This role will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HR projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post job advertisements, manage applicant tracking system, screen applications, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Conduct reference checks, background checks, and degree verifications for candidates.
  • Assist with new hire orientation, including preparation of materials and conducting orientations as needed.
  • Support open enrollment process, maintain employee demographics, and provide reconciliation reports to Benefits & Payroll Manager.
  • Plan and execute the firm's United Way campaign and other internal morale booster events.
  • Assist with annual health screening, flu shot event, and benefit fair preparations.
  • Maintain firm tax gift list and obtain statistical data for reporting requests.
  • Coordinate firmwide anti-harassment training and update HR materials, including benefit summaries and intranet pages.
  • Support payroll functions and assist with other HR projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, modern office practices, and business software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe.
  • Proactive and resourceful thinking, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
