Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Denken Solutions, Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our HR department, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to federal laws associated with human resources and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to HR functional areas, including data entry, personnel records, and training.
  • Maintain confidentiality and understand federal laws associated with human resources and payroll.
  • Process various applications, employment, enrollment, pay change information, and other confidential forms and records.
  • Maintain and distribute current employee information, policy and procedure manuals, and other communications.
  • Foster a learning environment by sharing and documenting information and knowledge.
  • Exhibit administrative excellence by meeting and exceeding department targets.
  • Contribute feedback on how department effectiveness and efficiency can be increased.

Interface with Customers:

  • Factory & field personnel, HR Operations, HR Business Partners, and HR Services Teams.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
  • 3+ years of customer service-related experience.
  • 1+ years prior experience in the field of Human Resources preferred.

Skills:

  • Experience in Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
  • Strong communication skills: verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, works well in a team environment.
  • Manage multiple priorities/responsibilities with accuracy.
